with NASA's manned space missions and designing components for the Apollo
Command Module, Mr. Juran became Vice President of PCS, a timesharing company,
where he helped developed the world's first commericial, network-based
search engine and email system. He has
consulted for a number of Fortune 500 firms including Lockheed Martin, Nestlé, Chevron,
Bank of America and PricewaterhouseCoopers on the development of numerous hardware
and software systems for a variety of different industries.

He works with the Department of Homeland Security on network and cyber security
issues and maintains a DoD clearance. His experience spans all phases of the
project development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture,
design, development, testing and customer support for a variety of companies.
At Hewlett-Packard, he served as lead test developer
for HP's Business Intelligence applications, as
Architect, Technical Lead and Project Lead for the NonStop Kernel Platform, and
as JDBC Technical Lead on the Hybrid Super Cluster Program. He was
Compuware's UNIX Architect and Technical Lead who extended their fault diagnostic
product line, and he developed a number of
enterprise solutions for Ford Motor Company's Scientific Research Laboratories.
Mr. Harlow received Locus Computing Corp.'s Award for
Outstanding Achievement and the Cost Improvement Program Award
from Hughes Aircraft. He is a graduate of UCLA.

contributing to Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan and
Dinosaurs motion pictures. As a Director of Cinesite Hollywood, he led a global team
from Kodak Research Labs, Kodak Product Development Center/Shanghai China, and
subcontractors to create an Integrated Digital Lab. Receiver of
the "Timely Achievement Award," at Northrop Grumman he architected high-performance
computing cluster and workstations in a Linux/MacOs/.NET hybrid environment and
led projects involving DirectX, OpenGL, C++/CORBA, C#/.NET, Java J2EE, IGES, VRML,
Catia and Houdini 3D CGI. Mr. Remba is a graduate of Pomona College.

He was part of the DataPlex design team that
invented "Desktop Telecine," a portable film to digital media transfer technology.
He was Chief Scientist of 3D Systems, Inc. during its start-up
phase, helping to design its initial set of rapid-prototyping equipment, secure its intellectual
property rights, and establish 3D as a formidable company that now leads
the 3D printing market. For many years, Dr. Spence was President of Axiom Corporation which
developed a number of high-speed industrial printers as well as
the original dot-matrix consumer printer. Dr. Spence's
post-Doctoral research was in high temperature superconductors at
Oxford and Stanford Universities, and he was a Fulbright Scholar.

Robin Tarnoff, CPA, PMP
Ms. Tarnoff combined expertise in accounting, computer science and
project management allows her to efficiently coordinate the design and
installation of large customized enterprise applications.
As a data architect, she has worked with systems based on Oracle, SAP, IBM WebSphere and complex analytical
Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Cognos and Hyperion.
