Most software being developed today is "web-aware" and perform some functions across the Internet since the Internet is a convenient medium for conducting research, managing finances, and expanding entertainment choices.  As shown by the Internet route map above, North America, Japan and Europe are nearly completely wired for the Internet, with the third world beginning to catch up.

A wealth of software and hardware tools have been devised by hundreds of companies in effforts to simplify the effort of creating, performing and maintaining Internet operations.  DataPlex staff continuously studies and evaluates these tools and recommends them to their clients.  DataPlex utilizes a combination of network technologies to develop multiuser systems and has develop many of its own proprietary tools to speed development yet deliver robust and high quality systems.
